As per the above structure, the full responsibility for the implementation of the project lies with Canadian Airlines. The role of AMR will be advisory in nature. They will advise Canadian airlines in decision making, implementation of technology, and training of manpower. AMR project management team will have constant communication with the AURORA project management team and vice versa. The actual work of training, communication, technology absorption, and management resources is carried out by the AURORA project management team.

  2. The server of the whole system should be upgraded to the most modern processors so that the speed of operation increases.
  3. Along with the ticket reservation system, a separate system for marking customer grievances should also be developed.
  4. Using the latest version of Microsoft Project during the implementation stage.
