Bill and Belinda Gates organization has laid down the best strategy that will help it realize the mission statement. Through drafting the mission statement, the organization sees a great opportunity that will facilitate innovative reasoning among students. The mission statement claims that various stakeholders should aim at transforming the academic standards of the country since they are below par.

The organization has set up two programs to ensure college students realize their potentials. Strengthening the relationship between the teacher and the student is one of the strategies that will facilitate the enhancement of quality education in the country (Ferrara, 2010). The mission statement is cost-effective in the sense that it does not entail too much paperwork (Boardman, 2006). Moreover, the outcome of the statement is expected to reap positive results owing to the fact that it focuses on teaching, innovation, and learning. Based on the techniques applied in drafting the letter, as well as presenting it to the audience, the results of the statement are believed to be tangible and observable. Introducing students to ideas related to innovation in tackling some of the current problems associated with academic standards proves the tangibility of the results. The design and implementation of the statement are based on organizational theory and the principles of education. This means that database planning was considered in the drafting of the statement.

Conclusion

In life, people often accomplish various objectives that bring satisfaction. Personally, I have won various battles regarding the satisfaction of clients. One of them includes winning the heart of the most stubborn client who is always in demand for more services. The win is fundamental to my life, as it encourages and motivates me to work hard pertaining to career goal achievement. I feel great since I am convinced that I am capable of winning the confidence of another person. The win places my rating in a different class since I am viewed as one of the best in handling the demands of clients. Stakeholders are always concerned with customer satisfaction because it determines the success of the organization. Winning the confidence of clients has a positive impact on various stakeholders. In other words, the achievement leads to a win-win situation since personal, as well as organizational aims are achieved. It is true that stakeholders were willing to support me further in achieving organizational and personal goals.
