First of all, it should be said that being an Islamic state, Saudi Arabia has its traditions connected with the issue of justice (Al-Ghamdi and Boehm para. 4).

That is why the implementation of such technology as electronic arbitration should take into account peculiarities of the mentality of people who live in the country and organize its functioning according to these peculiarities (“New Arbitration Law in Saudi Arabia” para. 4). Moreover, it should also be admitted that it is vital to align its efficient functioning for this very system to be taken by people as a reliable one. People should understand its convenience and obtain trust in the services provided by it.

With this in mind, having analyzed the main information connected with the issue of electronic arbitration and peculiarities of its functioning in Saudi Arabia, it is possible to make a certain conclusion. First of all, it should be said that having appeared as a result of the blistering development of digital technologies, the system of electronic arbitration proved to be efficient and convenient for people. Moreover, it should be said that a great number of countries in the world use it and Saudi Arabia is one of them. The country has its peculiarities of the justice system and culture (Sayen 211) and that is why it is possible to suggest a further and more detailed analysis of the main aspects of the functioning of electronic arbitration in Saudi Arabia.
