United States and Britain are believed to be strongest countries which have the strongest base in every area of participation. The two have done a lot in implanting so many things together with them the legislative and executives that governed the world.

They show the efficient legislatures put in efficient governance by performing vital purposes essential to keep up democracy in complex and various cultures. This paper tries to compare the executive and legislative structures and processes of the two countries. One of the comparisons the paper indentifies is that they together have two main political parties, two legislative quarters and one fine recognized executive. The state districts vote the House of Representatives in the United States while this is not the same in Great Britain.

In United States, the paper tells us that the senate is a bigger legislative body each state having two senators regardless the size. Senate and the House of Lords serve the same purpose in the Great Britain even though they are much bigger. It is also said that the house of lord is much more respected than senate in the Great Britain. (Monroe, 1997, p.305)

The research adds that the United States and the Great Britain both utilize different structures and policy processes. These differences are there so as to put off misuse of power which can in other word be referred to as separation of powers. Separation of powers is subdivided into legislative power, and executive power. (Engel, 2001, p.208)

Legislative power

Congress is the only rule to legislate in the United States. This policy protects the president from passing everything without the consent of the other team. It also tries to create law and in adding together to the spell out rules. (Monroe, 1997, p.307)

Executive power

This policy allocates the president with duties as a president. It shows the president the limit of his power so as to avoid the misuse of powers. (Monroe, 1997, p.308)

Also some courses like the American history and government have participated a lot in enhancing politics in school. (Wright & Clements, 2002, p.311)

Peer groups

Even though it has a great impact to the teens, in one way or the other has helped in enhancing politics. Some impact like that of Vietnam War had played a great role in viewing and getting the knowledge of politics. (Wright & Clements, 2002, p.311)

Mass media

All the information received from the media especially radios, newspapers, television, internets among others have a great impact on spreading politics. The growth of internet is believed to have the highest rate in spreading politics (Monroe, 1997, p.309)

United States and Britain are said to be greatest nations which have all the necessities a country can have. It is through these nations some of countries have achieved their dream and happy enjoying the fruits. Through the help of the legislative and executive there are many inventions which have been identified. They two have helped in the expansion of the countries in form of interactions, communication and socialization.
