The leadership styles include the following, traditional leadership which was based on written down rules and regulations by the elders. People were actually supposed to follow these rules by observing certain behaviors like society’s norms, values, and beliefs. Authoritative leadership is another leadership style whereby the leader was supposed to make the decisions without consulting anyone.

Charismatic leadership was actually based on one’s ability to lead in society. It was given based on one’s extra abilities which were not common to most of the people in that society.

Leadership quality is not determined by the wealth of one individual but the majority by the inner personal character. The personal character of honest is fundamental as well as natural intelligence and wisdom that surpasses any other wisdom. Success in leadership requires a combination of the different leadership styles depending on the situation of the matter Leadership. Lincoln was one of the greatest leaders of the world his excellent leadership qualities were of enamors importance during his period of power. It was due to the works of these leaders which actually led to the end of the Second World War.
