Natural Supports in My Organization

Training Supports

My organization understands the importance of supporting the needs of its employees. The company has instituted various natural supports to guide and empower every disabled worker. Such measures make it easier for me to pursue the organization’s goals. To begin with, the firm has training supports that are intended to improve the abilities of disabled employees. These supports focus on the use of mentors and supervisors. Every supervisor is assigned to three workers with special needs. The role of the overseer is to offer insights to the workers and address their respective challenges. Mentors present evidence-based ideas and concepts that sanction the workers to complete their duties effectively. This model explains why I have succeeded as an employee.

The workers in the company are also required to train and guide individuals with responsibilities. My colleagues are always willing to support me. They offer appropriate inspirations that can improve my productivity. The top managers develop guidelines that are followed to prioritize the welfare of disabled employees. These attributes explain why I have been in a position to support the firm’s goals.

Organizational Culture Supports

The culture implemented in the company empowers me to function optimally. The employees in the organization are always heartened to support one another. Coworkers invite me to different discussions and meetings. Disabled employees are encouraged to be part of various activities such as sporting and physical exercises. The managers at the organization encourage disabled employees to take such activities seriously. These practices constitute the company’s social rituals.

The Human Resource (HR) manager offers guidelines that focus on all employees without any form of discrimination. For example, every team must be comprised of disabled workers. Members of each team support each other, solve problems amicably, and offer insights that can deliver positive outcomes. The targeted objectives are pursued by every team member. This means that individuals with disabilities are empowered to complete various roles in their respective teams. This practice has supported my goals, expectations, and needs. I also have friends who understand my situation and offer timely support to make sure I realize my potential.

Conclusion

My company is one of the most profitable in its sector. This achievement is attributable to the organizational culture that has been developed over the years. Personally, I have benefited from the natural supports that have been implemented by the leaders at the company. The natural supports outlined above make it easier for me to complete my roles and feel part of the culture. My freedoms and rights are upheld by every employee at the firm. These practices can, therefore, be emulated by corporations that want to support their disabled workers and eventually realize their objectives.
