It is obvious that these two issues are interrelated as the sphere of leadership implies the possibility of a person to govern society and make some very important decisions. Nowadays, the approach to this relations are reconsidered (Mwawasi, 2014). Thus, the sphere of technology leadership could be described by the relations between various digital devices and technologies available for people nowadays and the way in which a person might govern a certain process, group or society. In other words, technology leadership revolves around the ways, tools and remedies that could help to create an efficient model of a leader and manager (Banker, Hu, Pavlou, & Luftman, 2011).
This sphere is closely connected with the issue of governance as the ability to influence the audience and make it focus on a certain thing, or to manage a certain process is one of the key aspects of this very notion. That is why, the main stream of research in the given sphere is connected with the determination of main ways in which technology leadership might influence the sphere of governance and help it to manage human resources in the most efficient way in order to guarantee the prosperity of society.

The next phase of the development of this sort of technologies resulted in the appearance of possibilities to improve the sphere of leadership in order to achieve better results. Besides, the evolution of technologies also made its usage in the sphere of governance possible. With this in mind, one should realize the fact that the sphere of IT could be taken as the ground of the development of technology leadership.
Nevertheless, revolving around this issue, is it also vital to outline the outcomes that appeared as the result of the progress in the given sphere. One could admit the fact that modern technologies allow a person to perform the mediated control of some processes and influence them (Enns, Huff, & Higgins, 2003). Additionally, people could also use various remedies in order to control the state and government with the help of technologies that appeared as the result of the researches in the sphere of technology leadership. That is why, one should realize the fact that having IT governance as the background of its evolution (Mellado, Sanchez, Ferandez-Medina, & Piattini, 2013), the given sphere has a great number of various perspectives connected with the further development of technologies and society.
Resting on the above-mentioned information, it is possible to conclude that the investigation of the main concepts of technology leadership is vital for the further development of society and the sphere of governance. The fact is that the current stage of the development of various social sciences allows people to introduce new ways to investigate the world and make the life of people easier and clearer.
It means that technology leadership becomes one of the main moving forces of the modern society investigation of which is necessary for the further development of the modern world. One realizes the fact that the sphere of governance is not ideal and there is still much to be done in order to guarantee its improvement. That is why, it is possible to say that the investigation of the technology leadership should be aimed at the achievement of several issues.
First of all, it is necessary to focus on the improvement of the aspects that have the greatest impact on the governance. It means that the creation of new technologies that could allow people to improve their leadership skills, should be given great attention. It might result in the improvement of the sphere of governance which depends on the possibility of a person to persuade the audience and make it sure that the actions described by a leader are necessary for the development of a certain process (Jewer, & McKay, 2012).
Moreover, conducting the research of the above-mentioned spheres, a scientist will be able to obtain new knowledge which could be used in order to improve the quality of life of people. With this in mind, it becomes obvious, that the continuation of the researches in the given sphere is necessary for the development of society.
