The world is changing at a very high rate; therefore, people should be adaptive to upcoming technology. It is imperative for an individual to have a fulfilling and successful academic life for a better future.
Ironically, many people find academic life to bear very challenging phase of their life due to the dynamic nature of modern education. Personally, I found education to be both bewildering and intriguing, as a result, I employed several strategies that helped me to successfully manage my personal, academic, and professional life.
In these cases, I found discipline to be a key element. I was able to employ major strategies including good organization and time management to achieve my objectives.
For example, without order and self-controlI would not have woken up in time to take my students through their morning lessons and ensure that they carry out assignments on time. Furthermore, lack of it may have resulted in my having difficulty in concentration during class time and poor abilities to follow personal timetables resulting in poor performance.
Balancing time management and being organized were a challenge to me due to peer pressure. At some point, I found myself being faced with overwhelming persuasion from colleagues not to do the right thing.
As it is in most schools, one may not always avoid this pressure as he/she may find himself in mistakes without anticipating it. Besides, domestic challenges such as insufficient school fees and family conflicts may disrupt a person’s focus in achieving preset targets.
To conquer the challenges, one should be ready to sacrifice and be principled. Personal priorities should be given first consideration before other things in order to avoid confusion coming from conflicts in the immediate environment. It may become a lot easier if individuals adopt a good attitude which will help them to deal with disruptions.
Sex education for seventh grade
To begin with, adolescence is a stage in life whereby an individual is transformed from childhood to adulthood commonly taking place between the age of 12 and 13 years. It is characterized by a high rate of growth observable in both girls and boys with an increase in height and weight.
Although some girls may experience earlier changes than boys or other girls, the changes are rarely similar for any two individuals. Others may also experience delayed vicissitudes even though, at the end of the day, all individuals will go through the process and mature by the time they are 18 years.
Secondly, both boys and girls may experience an attraction towards the opposite sex and feelings of infatuation which may be confused for love. This is absolutely normal and should not be a source of shame thoughthey should avoid premarital sex and use protection in case it happens. This will help them to avoid infections and unwanted pregnancies that may have serious consequences to the individuals.
When some individuals go through adolescence, they may feel as if they are the first ones to go through the changes but it has always happened to everyone.
This may lead to rebellion against both the authorities and parents as the individual may feel as though they are grownups. However, they should note that, at this stage, the individuals’ reproductive organs are able to reproduce thus care should be observed by avoiding premarital sex.
It is good for the individuals to be patient in case they are in relationships and make well thought decisions. There are some birth control pills and devices that may be used by girls to prevent unwanted pregnancies which may include copper coil, ladies condoms implants etc. Students should participate in games to waste away energies and keep themselves busy to avoid there engagement in mischief due to idling.
