Team learning is a very useful type of learning as it gives an opportunity to share various points of view with different people. The method of team learning is very productive as different people have different level of knowledge, different attitude to the problem. They give different visions of one and the same question and it gives the solution of the problem more vivid and varied view. This activity may be non-productive in case when people have absolutely opposite points of view and do not want to accept the other point. But still this method is very productive, in spite of the fact that has some defects.

The method of system thinking is also rather productive. The person follows a strict system to gain some results. It is very convenient to follow the system as you have some definite plan and follow it. The world sometimes may be very severe and people should try to find positive aspects, to stay patient and calm.
