During the Industrial revolution, there was an increase in the volume of products; this prompted the need for a marketing department that will focus on selling of the goods. An organization that is updated on technology, provides a variety of products, and interacts freely with its customers will satisfy the needs of its customers. Therefore, organizations that align their strategic objectives towards customers’ satisfaction will achieve their missions.
