Introduction
Action research conduction is considered to be an integral part of teachers’ assessment following their manner, style, and quality of student learning. Action research should be regarded as a teacher’s journey to self-realization and attempt to evaluate the effectiveness of the classroom teacher’s role. The process of action research conduction is to be concentrated on such issues as plan determination, evaluation tools development, collection, and analysis of the data to be used.
Action Research
The critical question of the research project is considered to be “What are the principles causes of student success in the distance learning process?” the plan of the action research is concentrated around the aspect of online education or distance learning teacher’s success in it. The study is focused on the creation of a conducive learning environment for the students to get appropriate education through rapport established by the teacher. ( Louise, 2008)
It is necessary to underline the fact that the purpose of action research is aimed at the development of appropriate methodologies and practices allowing to make a contribution to the distance learning process. The project centralizes the role of the technologies in the learning process. The massage of the research strived to show the development of the following skills in the learning environment created:
- Critical thinking;
- Researching-questioning;
- Creative thinking and problems solution;
- Active usage of information technologies;
- Analytical thinking;
The program introduced strives to demonstrate the significance of learning through technological involvement in the epoch of information promotion. (Arkun, 2008)
Australian universities conducting such methods managed to develop organizational innovations in the system of education for contributing mass learning. The practice appeared to be a successful aspect in the technological interference. The result of the study appeared to be promising and aimed at further testing in distance methodologies. (Hannon, 2009)
Action research in individualized online or distance learning managed to express the educational perspectives; it stated the involvement of the following tools and methods:
- Data collection;
- Group study;
- Technological individualized learning;
- Qualitative method.
The results of the active research conduction appeared to answer the principal question of successful distance learning and clarify the methodologies which need to be developed by the teacher for the study effectiveness.
Action research demonstrated initiative in the sphere of distance learning describing conducive to learning environment allowing students and teachers to establish successful rapport through the developed methodologies and described findings of the researched aspect.
