Putting the Pieces Together

Linda was receiving counseling from a counselor called Aaron Morrison. There was also a rumor that she was dating a pilot at the time of her disappearance. The emergence of so many people into the scene created a level of confusion, and this required a slow but sure method of investigation that would lead to elimination of all those who had nothing to do with Linda’s disappearance.

The People of Interest

Joe Landers

This is the pilot who had a relationship with Linda before her disappearance. His wife had confronted Linda earlier on due to this illicit affair. The follow up on him led t the conclusion that he had nothing to do with the crime

Richard Morgan

This is the man who was met by both Linda and Danny. Dr. Morrison is the one who directed the crime investigators to Richard Morgan during their field work while working on the crime. A careful look at his alibi led to the conclusion that he was not involved in the crime.

Patty and Aaron Morrison

These two people are a couple. Aaron was counseling Linda at the time of her disappearance. With a veiled connection from Richard Morgan, the investigators led by Jack discovered that Aaron and his wife may have had something to do with the death of Linda. These two were rounded up and taken for questioning whereby Aaron got cornered and asked for a lawyer. The statements he made were recorded and played to his wife who caved in to the pressure and made a confession on how her husband had killed Linda. She is the one who had used Linda’s credit card close to where the murder was assumed to have been committed so as to make people believe that the murder had actually taken place close to the Eon bar. This leads to the reality that Linda had not been killed close to the bar but had instead been strangled at the counselor’s place and her body moved to the area close to the bar.

The Final Map through the Confessions and Other Pieces of Evidence

Linda had not gone the airport at the time she left her room. She instead met her counselor, who through a series of happenings killed her by strangling her using a stocking. Patty Morrison, the counselor’s wife, witnessed the murder and agreed with the husband to play a dirty game of cover up. They therefore hatched a plan that involved Patty using Linda’s credit card close to the Eon bar and the subsequent transfer of her body from the counselor’s home so as to make it look like she had been to the Eon bar. Thorough questioning of the counselor, Dr. Aaron revealed that Linda had seen him last on the day of her disappearance. When asked on what she told him she wanted to do after finishing with him, he had no clear response. He asked for a lawyer when he was cornered and this and other responses were recorded and played to the wife who was being questioned in a different room. The wife broke down to tears when she had the statements from her husband and she made a confession on how her husband had killed Linda. The credit card, the car, the stocking, and the confessions from Patty were assembled as the evidence to the crime.

Conclusion

The crime involves the disappearance of a 32 year old flight attendant who is later found discovered to have been murdered. A number of close friends such as Joe Lander are questioned in regard to her death but leads that are unearthed open the way to her counselor, Dr. Morrison and his wife, Patty. They are responsible for the murder as shown by the confession that is later made by Patty.
