Indigenous reconciliation in Canada in today’s context implies that the Canadian state is practically obligated to work in partnership with Indigenous peoples, to share with them the power to make federally and administratively important decisions that affect the lives of all peoples of Canada. This country is at a stage of development when the very cultural code of national consciousness requires the eradication of colonial models of the past and therefore the consolidation of opportunities in the hands of indigenous peoples. Therefore, a strategy should be proposed based on which it would be possible to give opportunities to native business graduates. A likely recommendation for financial investment would be for me to create and head a financial fund to improve the education of the indigenous population and their better integration into social educational circles. In particular, I would personally promote the eradication of nationally oriented schools, in which more than half of the country’s indigenous population is taught, is required. As part of a aims to reach this goal, outreach activities could be organized by me among indigenous parents in order to draw attention to the problem and increase motivation to send children to public schools. Then it would be fundamental to encourage schools to create internal adaptation programs that would be non-racially oriented and seek to overcome the aspect of cultural differences.

This initiative would be a good step for all Canadians for a number of reasons. First, it would focus specifically on the generation of indigenous people in Canada who have yet to inherit this world. It is these people who must be sufficiently empowered to be able to maintain a real status quo for indigenous peoples in Canada and their equal rights. The problem of the education of the colonized population is a generational problem stemming from decades and even centuries of unjust and cruel treatment, which eliminates the notion of the human from the relationship between social and national groups. This problem continues even at the level of state statements by some of the Sennators who can easily be categorized as racist, in particular those that the indigenous populations are the de facto exploiters of political correctness. A step towards equal education without cultural barriers would be an important step in overcoming racial and cultural divisions between the peoples of Canada, thus becoming a valuable contribution to the development of the country in the right direction.

The company’s commitment to every kind of renewal in the technology department in order to be more progressive is respectable but nevertheless feared and associated with certain risks. There is a well-known example of one small startup that fell into large debts trying to update the technology of communication service between employees. To maintain guaranteed confidentiality, the head of a small company known to me set himself the task of establishing internal communication for all employees while not maintaining it in an external mobile field. This immediately led to a number of problems, as employees were not ready to accept a closed cellular system, which also cost an impressive amount of money for a startup. In addition, the inability of colleagues to communicate outside of this communication system led to a lack of coordination and a slowdown in the work process.

The way to improve this situation would be to find a more rational solution for storing confidential information. Using cloud file storages and logins to office computers through remote systems, it would be possible to achieve a fairly responsive round-the-clock database support system and work with them. In addition, it would be necessary to quickly increase the motivation of employees and ensure their mutual trust in order to more accurately comply with the elementary rules for storing information.
