Both platform and pipeline businesses have every kind of hot startup worldwide and benefit from the principles set to make a business model successful. Platform businesses bring together consumers and producers in consideration of the most essential to a higher value of exchanges. Some of the responsibilities facilitated by platform businesses are not necessary for pipeline businesses. An excellent example of a platform business is Amazon’s marketplace segment which does not maintain inventory where the sellers are widely responsible for their marketing. These marketing responsibilities include the purchase of ads from Amazon platforms. Platform businesses are displayed as the means of creating connections and not producing.

Most of these platform businesses seem to have networking problems due to a lack of finance and failure to govern the marketplace. The network helps people to improve the value of their goods and services as many people participate in it. As an example of the network effect, the Internet displays few users who use it, decreasing the value of those outside the military and some scientific researchers (Rodrigue, 2020). As many platform business users have gained internet access, they fail to produce more content services and information due to poor development and website upgrades. The lack of good funds has weakened the platform businesses’ services due to the lack of website upgrade funds. Lack of website improvement leads to poor platform governance, making the consumers part ways as they cannot access the provided services.

According to Rodrigue (2020), most of the valued customers make the producers strive to give them good services at the entry; therefore, to efficiently address the needed requirements, the platform has developed a solution that will scale up the organization. Symphonica, a network orchestration solution in the life cycle services, aims to add flexibility and agility to telecommunication businesses. It operates across 22 countries on three continents and has deployed more devices globally (Rodrigue, 2020). The telecommunication solution helps clients achieve their full potential and increase their profit hence displaying good quality which customers experiences.
