In recent years, a healthy lifestyle has become a hot topic of discussion. “Adolescents and students tend to have low levels of physical activity and eat unhealthy foods” (Dute, Bemelmans, & Breda, 2016, para. 1). Nowadays, the question of human health is becoming not only an individual problem but also a state problem.
Therefore, health care needs to be considered at all levels: personal, family, and social. The solution to this problem depends largely on the promotion and popularization of a healthy lifestyle, especially among young people. The purpose of this research is to analyze the attitude of modern youth to the formation of a healthy lifestyle and to identify the causes and obstacles that prevent adolescents from leading a healthy lifestyle.
Hypothesis
Modern young people have a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle: they are actively engaged in sports, give up bad habits, and keep to a nutritious diet.
Method
The primary approach to collect information in this paper is a questionnaire, and it is one of the most convenient forms of a survey for data processing and analysis.
