Such behavior should lead the offenders to some consequences, and the authorities are doing their best to find the responsible ones. The accident itself happened on May 16th, 2020, at approximately 4 am. According to today’s data, the offenders have not been found yet because this area of public property is not equipped with surveillance devices, and there are no witnesses of the accident.
Such cases are not entirely unprecedented, and they are, by all means, destructive to society’s spirit and sense of community. However, it is the increasing matter of individualism in the state that leads to these incidents in the first place. To deal with it in the long run, people should develop a sense of unity and care for other residents. The world replete with natural disasters and wars requires support as it has never been needed before.

When acting as one, the public may show other members that there is nothing that could potentially break the bond of American society. If kept silent and left for the public cleaning services to deal with the issue, the sense of a friendly and united neighborhood would be completely lost.
