The other award is Abu Dhabi award. It rewards and recognizes the achievements of improving the social status of the state. This award values those who have contributed to the efficiency of the government and citizens in general in the development of the state. The award may signify the improvement of the state matters. It is through the award that international standards adapted as the sustainability procedures involve development management. The award reflects on both private and government sectors, but its area of interest entails the development magnitude of the state.

Jef Hejek describes how he improves his website through various ways that encourage him even more. He, however, made a decision that he wanted to run his company hence deviating the salaried employed job. He boosts his knowledge on various ways that he would upgrade it. Oracle as a customer relationship management software has some advantage when using it. Its merit includes promoting the visibility of vital customer information resulting to increased collaboration. As a result, one has a better overview of the new customers. Another benefit is that it gives maximum returns on your customer relationship. The software tracks down the business spending hence spotting unhealthy habits and detecting any problem before it is too late (Foster 75). Another significance of using this software is that it increases efficiency and thereby integrating customer’s information.
