The targeted questionnaire for this assignment was designed to analyze the level of employee satisfaction in an organization. This questionnaire was designed for “Zarca Interactive”. This discussion identifies the good and bad aspects of the above questionnaire.
The Good Aspects
Properly Designed
The questionnaire is designed in a professional manner. The presented 20 questions make it easier for the respondent to give quality answers and comments. The questionnaire has several sections. These sections make it easier for the interviewer to gather quality results.
Short Questions
Most of the questions are short and precise. This aspect makes it easier for the respondent to give precise answers. Some of these questions include: “what is your gender?” and “what is your age?”
Absence of Vague Questions and Words
The questionnaire presents simple words and questions. This approach makes it easier for the interviewee to offer accurate and precise answers. This strategy will ensure the interviewer gathers quality information and data.
The Bad Aspects
Long Questionnaire
This questionnaire has a total of 20 questions. These questions will discourage more interviewees. This issue can affect the quality of the gathered information. Many interviewees will not present quality information to the interviewer.
Question Ordering Technique
The designer of the questionnaire failed to arrange the questions in a proper manner. For example, the questions focusing on issues such as age, gender, and organizational position should have come first in the file.
Biased Questions
Some of the questions presented in the questionnaire are biased. For example, some questions will encourage every respondent to offer specific answers and feedbacks. Such questions are biased in nature. The questionnaire makes it impossible for every interviewee to offer quality answers.
