Simulation as a random way of making decisions is not very efficient since the outcome is not always good. Suppose the customer randomly goes into a new store, without even knowing the types of goods and services offered there. The outcome will be either a total disappointment or good results. The new shop will attract more customers since the customers tend to think that the shop has good items and services as compared to the old one. In this case, the old shop will therefore be forced to lower the prices to try and attract more customers that have been attracted by the new shop. Lowering the prices with the vision of attracting customers will lead to reduced stock. Reduction in stock does not mean that the profit levels will go down compared to the previous profit margins. Therefore the result will be bringing out the outcome of the random simulation, but if the prices are not lowered, and instead encourage the workers to do more impressive work for the customer, both the store and the customer will get satisfied with each other. The decision of improved labor will bring out better results.

Another outcome of the simulation is the old store lowering the prices to compete with the new store since the main aim is attracting more customers to sell more and get more profits. Lowering prices will attract more customers, but the profits made by the two stores will end up being the same since the number of additional customers substitutes the money lost as a result of lowering prices. This will result in interfering with the market prices making other stores lower the prices hence affecting the economy. Lowering prices is not the best option but if the store introduced gifts once an item is sold, more customers would tend to go for the gifted products. The gifts should be in form of small samples, sweets, and other light goodies. Free samples should also be given if a product is new in the market. Giving discounts is also a way of attracting customers in that the more a customer buys, the less the costs will be. This will encourage the customers to buy goods in bulk.

Lack of motivation to employees would also be an outcome of the simulation. When there are no customers, the employees will be idle since there are no customers to attend to; the employees, therefore, quit to go work for busier stores. The few left would serve the customers either bored or will be paying less attention to the customers, which would not give satisfactory services to the customer. This will make the customer avoid the particular employee which would eventually lead the customer to avoid the store completely. This will be a loss for the store. Activities like indoor games such as pool tables, darts, and chess boards would be a motivation to the employees. The games would entertain the employees when there are no customers to serve, and they would always wear happy faces hence attracting more customers. Some of the customers would also be interested in playing the games.

The store might even start tampering with measurements of goods sold in measurable quantities, thus chasing more customers since no customer wants to be exploited. The best way to deal with simulation when it comes to packaging is using good and attractive coupons. These are the materials used to wrap the good after they are sold. In conclusion, it is always important for all employers to motivate their employees and to find ways of attracting more customers. Motivating workers, good packaging, and selling original goods would bring better outcomes without interfering with the economy and goods sold.
