From the perspective of interdisciplinary approach, contemporary issues in healthcare systems have a considerable influence on modern society since these problems have roots in different professional spheres related to medicine. Concerning the recommendations of potential applications of strategies for monitoring and enhancing personal and public wellness, it is feasible to emphasize a psychiatric approach. Psychiatrists have a wide range of techniques in their expertise to help people maintain wellness in the face of hardship and life pressure (Gengoux & Roberts, 2018). These methods include psychotherapy and meditation practices, as well as daily routines that have been shown to increase happiness, such as physical activity and connecting with family members (Gengoux & Roberts, 2018). Thus, as a proposition, the psychiatric and mental part of wellness can be highlighted in order to practice the promotion of health and wellbeing.
