More and more people need services which these specialists can provide. With this in mind, it is possible to say that it will be comparatively easy to find a job in this sphere for a person who wants to start his/her career. Additionally, there is a tendency connected with the increase of the level of salary in this sphere. Even rich people very often needs social workers. That is why, a person, who works as a social worker, has good perspectives.
It also becomes obvious that this kind of job is tightly connected with psychology. Professionals, who work with other people, should understand that their work influence a person very much. That is why, social psychology is touched here.
However it should also be mentioned that this kind of job has not only positive sides. That is why, it is possible to outline advantages and disadvantages of this job. First of all, the fact that a specialist has to work with people should be taken into account. Sometimes it is rather interesting and rewarding, however, it is also a very responsible job which harasses a person both physically and mentally. That is why, a person should remember it.
Being very important part of health care system, the sphere of social care is constantly investigated. That is why, there is a great number of different academic journals connected with it. National organization of social workers publishes its own journal. There are also a great number of many other sources which can help to obtain information connected with the issue.
