The documentary “Inequality for All” gives a detailed analysis of the challenges affecting the greatest majority in America. The film explains how a small fraction of Americans have the greatest share of the nation’s wealth. The level of inequality has increased significantly over the past three decades. Corporations focus on inappropriate business practices thus affecting the livelihoods of more people. Many companies in the country do not care about the welfare of every American citizen.

Similar issues are encountered in different parts of their world. As competition continues to become fierce in the global market, more companies will be expected to engage in different malpractices thus threatening the lives of more people. Consequently, the middle and lower classes have been unable to realize their potentials. More people are unable to achieve what is known as the American dream. Experts also believe that this problem will continue to affect the lives of more people in the future.

This situation explains why it would be appropriate for the nation to go back to the old concept of Fordism. This kind of approach will reduce the level of inequality in every American community. At the same time, more workers will be protected and empowered. The old Fordist regime will protect more worker and force corporations to act in an ethical and moral manner. The age of globalized economic competition has led to numerous business malpractices.

The lower-class employee has been used as a tool by corporations to achieve their business potentials. The old Fordist approach can therefore become a powerful tool towards having a business world characterized by equality. Unfortunately, this new dream might be hard to realize since more multinational companies will continue to promote similar malpractices. This situation explains why adequate policy measures are needed to address the problem of inequality in the United States.

The author of this post gives a proper analysis of the issues affecting America. The writer is amazed by the fact that the government has failed to protect the functions and performances of different companies in the country. The current economic system has damaged the country’s economy. As well, the author shows clearly how the current system has continued to affect the lives of many people in the nation. The most admirable idea presented in this post is the concept of Fordism. According to the author, Fordism can be used to address the problem of inequality in the United States. It will protect more laborers and promote the concept of equality.

I strongly support the ideas presented in the post. The article shows clearly that more challenges will affect the nation in the future. The post also shows how the idea of Fordism might be hard to realize especially today. Many countries and companies continue to engage in similar malpractices across the globe in an attempt to emerge successful. That being the case, new measures might be useful towards addressing this problem.

Proper policy measures will play a positive role towards empowering more laborers and forcing corporations to act ethically. Such measures will be helpful towards making the United States great again. This alternative will address the problem of inequality, support the needs of more citizens across the nation, and ensure every corporation is ready to protect its stakeholders. A positive approach to corporate social responsibility (CSR) will ensure these goals are realized.
