Increased demands for the quality of goods and the competitive and dynamic environment require companies to improve their performance significantly. Under these conditions, Topalovic (2015) states that total quality management (TQM) acquires the top priority as one of the ways to stimulate companies’ development and maximize customers’ loyalty. TQM suggests a wide array of techniques and methods that could be used at different stages of the production process to enhance the quality of goods and attract consumers.
It also helps to acquire a competitive advantage by implementing innovative practices in the functioning of a particular company (Topalovic, 2015). Therefore, TQM could be used in different spheres including the Government Accelerators to address challenges that companies face during their development. Indeed, regarding the primary purpose of the Government Accelerators which is to accelerate the evolution of various spheres, TQM remains the only possible alternative to accomplish this task.
