Mr. Abdul Rahiman is a graduate from the University of Whales, who has also received a PhD in Economics. He has to his credit a total experience of 39 years in food industry. He was working as the deputy director for a period of 7 years with Galadari Ice Cream Company (Baskin Robbins, GICC).
Mr. Rahiman will play a vital role among the board members as the Founder of the Company and Chairman of the Board of Management. He will be responsible for managing all the day-to-day activities of the company with all powers and discretions. He will also hold responsibility in
- Setting the culture of the company.
- Developing strategy and direction for the company.
- Leading the executive/senior management of the company (including firing and hiring)

Sodil Haqim, Chief Finance officer
Mr. Haqim joined Yummy Frozen Yogurt from Al Ajeera plc, where he was Senior Managing Partner. He has extensive international experience in finance, working in senior positions in many companies across the globe. He played chief role in structuring and financing of Al Ajeera after its diversification into ice creams, as one of its products. Starting his carrier as an accounting professional, with wide experience in the industry he was a key business strategist in all the companies he has worked.

Sayed Ali, Vice-President HR
Mr. Sayed Ali is an established HR Practitioner holding a post graduate degree in business management from the Middlesex University, Dubai. He held senior level HR positions in companies like BCT Enterprises and Extreme brands. With his extensive knowledge and experience in human resources, he has been a successful leader. He worked as Senior HR Manager with BCT Enterprises till Dec. 2009 where he proved his unbeatable HR skills and capabilities.
Vice-President HR, Mr. Sayed will provide leadership and coordinate all human resource functions. He will develop and implement all human resource strategies and programs.
Javed Salim, Vice-President Marketing
Mr. Javed has 10 plus years of marketing leadership experience in food and beverages industry. He has proven expertise in business development and in achieving high sales targets. In his previous positions in Al Jazeria, he has proven his capabilities in leading various projects and marketing teams.
Mr. Javed will have to ensure successful launch of Yummy Frozen Yogurt in the UAE market. He will be responsible for exploring new market growth opportunities and lead the team in business developments. He will be the key decision maker for opening outlets in various regions of UAE and will head the team for branding campaigns.
Vice President Operations, Jino Jacob
Mr. Jacob who has held successful managerial positions is an MSc graduate in Food and Beverages Sciences. He has many years of experience in managing the operations and being the consulting partner for many of the companies in the food and beverages industry around UAE.
Mr. Jacob will be responsible for managing all the production related activities including management and maintenance of the production plant. He will ensure that products are supplied as per demand. He will take care of the supply chain needs; lead the production team in producing yogurt of high quality, doing quality reviews in every quarter.
Faidulla Haq; Director, Consumer Communications
Mr. Faidulla who has 13 years of proven experience in creating and leading a number of consumer campaigns is an MBA graduate from BITS Pilani, Dubai. He worked as a Sr. Manager, Customer Relations for Khaleel Beverages for 6 years.
The Director for Consumer Communications will open and manage communication systems between Yummy Frozen Yogurt and its customers and consumers. He will be responsible for evaluation of customer needs and customer satisfaction. He will work with the Vice-President, Marketing for deciding on the advertising factors which in turn can capitalize on benefits of enhanced quality and price of the products which can improve the service offered to consumers.
