Conclusion
Owing to the size and nature of our business, I would recommend the Microsoft Dynamics GP software. The reason is in its operation simplicity and compatibility with other Microsoft Office Packages. The organization will have better focus on the core business of manufacturing and increase in profits. Both provide help in accounting but differ on the user friendliness. The Microsoft Dynamics GP software permits generation of reports in a format that can be used to share information with stakeholders.
This gives the employees easier time passing information to end users. It also uses everyday Microsoft Packages hence will be inexpensive to implement. The software can be used always even as the business grows unlike the sage MAS that needs changing of product.
