In addition, the American Express strives to find the top talents and encourage skillful workers to enter its working team. The third priority is associated with training of new generation of leaders who should create future, excite customers, encourage employees, and fulfill the organization’s objectives. Combining these dimensions allows the company’s leaders to create a win-win solution to operate in a diverse community and attract more employees and consumers.
