Introduction
People have an inherent demand for power and work hard to amass it. Everyone craves power or authority in one form or another. Having power changes how individuals feel because it allows them to pursue their desires. Likewise, because human desire is infinite, and no amount of power can satisfy every need a person may have. No one person can maintain power because there is a never-ending competition for power.
Discussion
My impression is that not everyone can keep a powerful position. In any given civilization, there can be only one individual or group in control at any one time since power is finite. If we take into account the working class and the ruling class, for instance, the ruling class will continue to exploit the working class for additional benefits as they grow and preserve their power
With his thesis on alienation, Marx sought to expose the human agency underneath society’s apparent inanimate rulers. Aspects of our society that seem natural and independent of us are the product of past human acts, as Marx’s theory of alienation has demonstrated (Øversveen, 2022). His ideas have shown us that, in addition to shaping the contemporary world via activity in the past, human action may also form a future world free from the contradictions of capitalism. His ideas provide light on how individuals are both world-determined and world-producing, illuminating how they have been molded by the societies in which they have lived and how they might work to alter those societies.
Conclusion
We can fix the problem related to worker alienation by having everyone pitch in and be appreciated for their efforts. Abolishing private property and the connection between private property and wage labor is essential to ending issues associated with the alienation of labor (Kociatkiewicz et al., 2021). To achieve this goal, it is necessary to give workers control over their job and a sense of pride in what they do. A cohesive team requires that all members have access to the goods and services being developed. Facilitating a shared commitment to the company’s guiding principles and objectives is one effective. Second, bringing the team together by having them all work toward the same goal, which is the company’s mission, rather than focusing on short-term financial success, which can lead to a more solitary approach to work.
