We have built ties with a number of vendors in terms of supply chain management. This diversification guarantees that if one supplier experiences difficulties, we can swiftly shift to another without disrupting production.
Maintaining a strong market presence and consumer involvement is critical for sales and marketing (Walsh, 2021). We’ve invested in extensive insurance coverage to guard against potential dangers such as natural catastrophes and cyber-attacks. We hold monthly training sessions on our continuity policies to guarantee that our staff is always prepared. We also analyze and revise our strategy on a quarterly basis to ensure that it is still relevant to our current company demands and external influences.
Post-Launch Stage
