The point is that offering great conditions of employment for the beginner, Big Bucks, Inc. needs the guarantee of Sara’s loyalty to the company. It is a natural process for several companies around the globe and Sara should not be taken aback by this. Concerning Kevin and his cyber-deli café case, there are no reasons for lawful dispute at all. The fact that one of the café’s customers choked with a sandwich being prior warned about such a danger leaves no space for controversy. Moreover, the fact that the “victim” slapped Kevin in the face adds to his credibility in case of any lawsuit the customer might file.
Thus, it is evident that the business law provides rather clear and precise guidelines as to how various disputes might be solved. Thus, official notarized documents provide the parties concerned with legislative protection while the mere verbal agreements not supported by evidence do not. At the same time, there is a need for people to be aware of the basics of business law so that to perceive the job offers or lawsuit threats adequately and not to be misguided in any case.
