One of the most relevant, and important news in recent times is the trend of cryptocurrency crimes in financial markets. It is reported that in 2020, illegal transactions with cryptocurrency accounted for approximately 0.30% of all financial transfers. Experts reassure the owners of the “electronic currency” in advance about the upcoming positive phenomena, mainly due to the help from law enforcement agencies. Unfortunately, despite all attempts and efforts, such a problem still exists and requires an extraordinary approach.
In my opinion, cryptocurrency is one of the varieties of digital currency, which is considered an object and a means of committing crimes in most cases. This statement is not unfounded, especially in the era of advanced technologies and the development of the information space, when almost everyone has access to the Internet. In this case, it is necessary to improve security systems concerning the management, control, storage, and transfer of cryptocurrencies.
