The influence of the consumer on business processes must be considered, especially if it is a supply chain firm. Certain functions associated with customer demand can change the path of a company and affect its success. The formation of a stable sales market is an essential part of business processes. A high degree of customer integration and the organization of a loyal customer community will contribute to the prosperity of a supply chain enterprise.

First of all, it is necessary to consider that the company that controls the supply chain is highly tied to its customers and their interests. A solid and loyal customer community helps to predict deliveries better and make fewer miscalculations and distributions (Reaidy et al., 2020). In an optimal situation, buyers will control the constancy of demand, for which the company can provide a reasonable offer without over or under-spending resources. The second plus follows from this circumstance. Namely, the chain supply firm can manage its expenses and income and optimize financial operations and production processes (Ruzo-Sanmartín et al., 2022). Knowing the sales market and relying on the precise needs of the buyer, it is possible to optimize significantly. It will also help to adjust the staff of the necessary employees and reduce labor costs. Finally, the ability of the company to focus on a loyal community of regular customers makes the processes in the company more flexible. It helps to adapt to new challenges promptly.

Thus, high customer integration is integral to a successful supply chain firm. The organization of deliveries is only possible with active demand from buyers. A strong relationship between business and consumers ensures stable profit growth and improved production processes.
