Meet all parties involved at separate incidences and address the issue to facilitate interaction between the students. The separate meeting involves the members of the authorities and the parents/guardian or students. This will, also, involve the counseling section to assess certain issues to the students and parents/guardian
Information technologies arose with challenges to those who rely on them to accomplish their chores (McDavid & Hawthorn, 2006). These people mitigate and overcome the challenges by planning strategies that aim at achieving their objectives. Although information technology has sufficient benefits to the learning processes, it poses challenges that would lead to depression and harm to some students (Hunter, 2012). Harassment and depression within a learning institution lead to low performance. It is, therefore, crucial for every learning institution to establish strategies to discourage cyberbullying and curb the threat of failure related to information technology. For these reasons, I developed a plan to discourage and curb cyberbullying in learning institutions. In a bid to fulfill this task, I have used the flowchart to present a systematic approach to problem resolution.
The flowchart displays a strategy involved in resolving the problem. In the beginning, the students are provided with a way of reporting their concern to the educational institution, when the staff members of the institution receive the report, they evaluate the information together with the parent or guardian. The evaluation classifies the case into different categories that could be addressed in distinct ways. If the case is not cyberbullying, it is addressed in other ways. When the reported case is determined as cyberbullying, the staff members take a process of investigating by collecting evidence to support the allegation. The staff members classify the bullying according to various levels that determine the strategies to resolve the problem. When the school rules and regulations are violated, further institutional measures are addressed in the case. The final stage creates awareness through the talking and counseling section that involves the reconciliation and understanding of other people with their characters.
In conclusion, the performance of educational institutions determines their success (Hunter, 2012). It is, therefore, crucial to protect the constituent that comprises high performance in these institutions. Preventing cyberbullying is one way of sealing the holes that weaken the learning process by distracting the conscience of the students.
