The company under discussion is Earth Class Mail. It is focused on the delivery of letters to people all over the world. Its founder says that the company is rather promising as it will provide people with an opportunity to get their mail in different parts of the world, no matter what their location is. Ron Wheener has already launched five companies, and this project is another idea related to this very sphere (Start up junkies n.d.). Ron has outstanding expectations because of the unique importance of this mission. He plans to create facilities that could be used to provide services to millions of people.
However, the main drawback of this new business venture is its enormous scope and size. The fact is that the payment for these facilities will be high and the revenues could hardly cover this spending. Additionally, Ron does not take into account the fact that there is a tendency towards the digitalization of society, which means that the majority of actions are performed via specific software. The number of letters decreases every year, and the total prevalence of e-mails could be predicted. For this reason, Rons business might collapse, and he will also pay the great sum needed for the rent.
The company is launched by Todd Jones and Amy Stipa. It is focused on the creation and selling of chocolate-covered strawberries. At the moment, the company is not very successful (We mean business n.d.). It is situated in a rather popular place; however, many people even do not know about it. Furthermore, there is a huge debt that should be paid. The company is the only source of income, and it should be reorganized to help these people.
First of all, it is crucial to choose the way in which the business will evolve. Amy and Todd have different visions of the companys future, and it prevents their project from developing. Once having determined a new appearance, they will be able to set new goals and achieve them. Moreover, Amy has not much time because of her son. For this reason, she has to either trust Todd the companys management or hire a babysitter and devote herself to the new business venture.
The company suggests a unique product that could become popular among the public. The only problem is that people do not know about it. That is why an advertising company should be started. It will need some additional costs; however, the level of income will increase significantly (The Staff of Entrepreneur Media 2015), and the companys owners will be able to get rid of their debt and open new departments.
