Most firms are experiencing an increase in unethical conditions, which generates an unfavorable working atmosphere. Unethical behavior in the workplace must be reduced in order to improve work structure. One method for reducing unethical behavior in my organization, as implemented in RealRecruit, is to introduce a technology platform that collects data and information that the organization uses in making crucial decisions that allow it to compete favorably (Maltseva 2020). The availability of information will enable organizations to make sound and courageous decisions that help to mitigate issues with unethical conditions.

Adopting technology-based platforms for data gathering enables organizations to collect data from present difficulties and utilize it to analyze emerging concerns and confront them before they become disastrous. The platforms capture data anonymously and store it in a database that only officials of the organization can access; this demonstrates that data ethics are followed because only officials are assured access to the information. The platform’s goal is to establish a database that will allow employees to make more informed decisions about their workplace. The use of technology-based platforms aids in the detection of unethical behaviors such as failure to honor obligations, theft, and illegal acts such as disregard for business rules (Huda & Hashim 2021). As a result, identifying such unethical activities makes it easier for managers and administrative heads to look for measures to mitigate unethical difficulties.

Adopting technology-based data-gathering platforms aids in creating a communication channel that promotes the flow of correct information inside the business, assisting the firm in maintaining its reputation. Allowing for the free flow of information inside the business allows employees to provide feedback on their job categorization and environment (Huda & Hashim 2021). The manager and administrative heads can spot unethical conduct and handle the problem before it escalates by giving feedback at the appropriate moment.

Ethical concerns are significant when collecting data utilizing technology-based platforms. These platforms are used to gather data through study. The study is delicate because it includes a vulnerable group within the organization. Communicating and engaging with employees through online helps prevent difficulties connected to unethical legal actions such as disloyalty to business standards or theft, which may lead to legal action being taken against managers. As a result, addressing such unethical concerns requires legislators, managers, and administrative heads to share information and make judgments on how to lessen them to develop a conducive workforce within the firm. As a result, the human force has emerged as a critical participant in scientific policy, particularly regarding ethical and legal ramifications (Arifin, 2018). Policies are implemented by merging technology into scientific research.

Through the agreement of the legal requirements, the technology programs construct a database that collects information and publishes the conclusions of the information—the connection between the legal and ethical aspects of technology (Arifin, 2018). Legal units are essential in obtaining vital information that can resolve ethical concerns by funding public and organizational personnel.

Ethical challenges abound in today’s workplace. Most firms face these issues, which produce an unfavorable working environment. As a result of this concern, there is a need to mitigate these difficulties. For example, adapting technology-based platforms to collect data affecting people within the organization. The information gathered assists managers in understanding the size of significant issues within the firm and attempting to reduce them as much as feasible. Furthermore, the escalation of unethical issues may affect legal units that merge with administrative heads to eliminate such problems. Furthermore, the legal units believe it is appropriate to fund the general public and employees to receive important information about unethical behavior and to seek ways to reduce its escalation.
