Abstract

Shoes are made up of different shapes and sizes in order to meet the need and tastes of different wearers. When buying shoes, the size of both legs is put into consideration because it might have a slight variation. Durability of the shoe is very important because once the shoe is bought it should be comfortable to use and last longer, the most preferred material is leather or shinny material that does not get stained easily.

The shoes should be long enough, people measure shoe length by placing the big toe against the shoe end but the second toe is always longer and should not be scrunched inside.

When children wear wrong types of shoes, this shows that their parents are not aware of the dangers their children are exposed to. This is because; the ankle may get problems as a warning sign for serious health conditions such as diabetes, circulatory and nerve problems. When children use wrong type of shoes they are not able to do exercise well and walking is one of the best exercises to improve circulation and loose weight.
