In addition, prompt feedback from the nursing team is extremely valuable for evaluating the effectiveness of the new interventions. Finally, brainstorming activities may help bolster team spirit and engagement in work since input from every team member will not only be appreciated but actively sought. Therefore, such tools as brainstorming and reflective sessions are recommended regardless of the preferred QI method.
