It will also be necessary to monitor the progress of competitors so as to know the ways in which to improve and gain a competitive advantage over them (Luther, 2001).
Recommendations
The recommendations of the marketing plan will be done depending on the indication made from the evaluation process. If the sales are observed to be decreasing, the reasons for the decrease would be found out and improvements are made.
Finding out what customers are saying and what their response is, adjusting the plan accordingly so as to meet their requirements, will be essential. As the market changes, it will be crucial to adjust to it so to fit into the market. Efforts will be made to maintain constant communication with both the delegates and the customers inorder to get constant feedback.

The product is set to maintain a strong and reputable brand name and obtain a market share of up to 5% within 5 years. It ensures that this objective is met through its effectiveness in terms of cost and action.
