To increase the efficiency of the FUJITSU company, the following steps can be taken by the management:
- Strengthening the interaction between different divisions of companies. This will allow employees of various departments and different levels of responsibility and experience to understand each other better, increasing the speed of work completion.
- Development of the staff by training employees. In this process, it will be possible not only to understand which of the young specialists is most suitable for moving up the career ladder but also to form a team of professionals capable of solving non-standard tasks.
- Abolition of part of stock list reports. Employees need to understand what effect a particular action has. Communication and reporting between divisions of companies and individual employees should take place in the form of an exchange of experience and a report on what exactly causes difficulties.
- Personalization of tasks. Each employee should know what aspects of the project lie in the field of responsibility. In this case, the employee will be motivated for the result since they will understand that there will be incentives or penalties depending on the quality of the work.
Possible outcomes:
- Increased productivity of FUJITSU. If the recommendations are implemented, it will be possible to observe an increase in the efficiency of the team, since the employees will act together and each of them will have a field of personal responsibility.
- Improving the atmosphere within the team. Interaction between different parts of the company, coupled with personal responsibility, will increase employee involvement in the work process, expressed in tremendous respect for each other.
