United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and World Health Organization (WHO) agencies focus on international cooperation prevention, and reduction of Covid-19 effects. Both organizations ensure coordination advances across the countries in strengthening healthcare systems. They provide relief funds to the countries to promote measures that suppress virus transmission (WHO, 2021 and Biden, 2021). Consequently, the organizations contribute to preparedness and response by supporting vaccine readiness in the nations and ensuring the distribution activities. USAID and WHO work together to provide services such as health and food donations across the world. The organizations mainly focus on protecting healthcare workers and the encompassing facilities through personal protective equipment and other necessary materials.

While the USAID agency depends primarily on the United States funding for the response to Covid-19, WHO receives donations globally, including agencies, organizations, governments, and individuals. At the same time, USAID represents the United States in the international fight against covid-19 (Biden, 2021). In the progression, USAID works with WHO as a global entity to combat the covid-19 pandemic. USAID analyzes and responds to issues regarding the Americans and nations on a small scale. WHO organizers on the other hand visit numerous countries during the pandemic, evaluates the reports, and guides the citizens on the mitigation measures regarding the spread and reduction of disease transmission (WHO, 2021). WHO reserves funds for the training and additional knowledge to the healthcare practitioners as a preventive measure. In a similar situation, USAID supports the funding and preventive measures through vaccine purchase and distribution to frontline workers, anti-risk populations, and vulnerable communities.

The USAID and WHO organizations ensure the response to the pandemic impacts on families, the provision of emergence relief funds, and food donations. Families also benefit from the equitable healthcare delivery of vaccinations and protective materials. Reports indicate that more than 4.7 million persons have received food donations from USAID worldwide (Biden, 2021). The organizational response also impacts the youth and young adults through the education aspect. The pandemic resulted in the closure of schools disrupting the learning progression. The organizations respond to this situation by providing alternative measures that ensure learning progress. The strategies entail support of the virtual learning progress through online classes, radio, and television. Additionally, this progression promotes the improvement of the learning culture in more than 50 countries that adopted the strategy.

I agree with the responses that the USAID and WHO agencies adopt regarding the combat of covid-19 pandemic. The responses are essential as they contribute to the life-saving abilities as well as the progression of daily activities. For instance, USAID invests in global health, implicating that, apart from fighting covid-19, the organization forges towards securing a future free from severe infections (Biden, 2021). The organization’s coordination also enhances solidarity in the fight against covid-19 as many agencies and individuals join together in the idea and fund contributions. (WHO, 2021). If I were in the leadership position in the organization, I would ensure an additional response step in combating the Covid-19 pandemic. I would also focus on sustaining the livelihood of small-scale businesses by boosting their market chances. The situation entails finding a market for the young entrepreneurs, business owners, and apprentices by linking them to customers and creating alternative survival income. This progression would reduce the number of those depending on relief food and ensuring that the vulnerable communities fully benefit from the corporate donations.

I possess leadership experience in organizing which encompasses logical and strategic planning skills. The role involves events, programs, and individuals organizing which requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The task-oriented behavior related to an organizer entails directing, coordinating, and activities in a given management area (Lewis et al., 2011). Through organization in the working environment, individuals understand their task requirements and focus on accomplishment through a guided advancement. I have experience in assembling individuals and effectively delegating duties. The situation involves accomplishing smaller tasks before the completion of complex objectives.

The organizer also requires to focus on their interactive skills with the team members. The relations-oriented behavior requires an organizer to express confidence that the working team can complete complex tasks (Lewis et al., 2011). This advancement motivates the individuals and groups to think as they execute duties critically. I always encourage the workers to task completion by logically arranging ideas and information in an easily accessible manner, ensuring clarity. The professional organization depicts leadership skills that ensure guidance to the team members for effective outcomes. The leadership role is significant in trust establishment with the organization and working team.

Lastly, an organizer depicts change-oriented behavior, such as monitoring the external environment that contributes to the detection of threats and opportunities. This role is vital in every company as it aids in the generation of mitigation measures of approach to the threats and ability to venture into new opportunities. I am constantly updated on the advancements in the organization, and through the experience in event evaluation, I assemble the working teams and organize them accordingly regarding the change requirements. Response to new opportunities requires assessment and planning before mobilizing individuals and groups to new tasks. In the situation, the team members require guidance and explanation regarding the change adoption.
