It is advisable to invest in appropriate facilities in Atlanta, including universities and medical schools, to support the proposed initiatives and ensure development. Hence, a large part of the budgetary planning should focus on education efforts, following the Governor’s policy.
It might be challenging to distribute the finances for healthcare and education in an appropriate manner. The city’s development should consider both the Governor’s statement and the residents’ wishes. In this sense, it is advisable for the city government to perceive the State of the State Address as the general guideline for policy making but focus on the internally generated data, such as problems in education and healthcare in Atlanta, specifically. Nevertheless, Atlanta, as the capital of Georgia, has sufficient resources to adhere to the proposed initiatives. Ultimately, it is recommended to focus primarily on these two areas of development due to the significance of education and healthcare.
