Concerning the score report in the Leadership Vision Questionnaire, it is feasible to state that the result is 36 points, which can be related to the 31-40 range category. According to the description of the questionnaire, the 31-40 range is considered to be high (Northouse, 2021). Based on the results, to my mind, I would assess my ability to create a vision for a group or organization as above the average but not perfect. The two potential ways I can improve my abilities to create and carry out visions with others are to efficiently and effectively collaborate with others and to attempt to make the vision more flexible. The flexibility factor is mainly necessary to make the vision more adjustable to new variables and circumstances.

In the Organizational Climate Questionnaire, the outcome in the “providing structure” area is 21, in “clarifying norms” I received 14 points, in “building cohesiveness” the result was 22, in “promoting standards of excellence” – 19. Based on the questionnaire, I would evaluate my overall ability to establish a constructive climate as high since most of the sections’ indicators in the test correspond to the high-level category (Northouse, 2021). Describing the most important values, I would emphasize the idea that the group should be generous givers and the notion of constant learning and growth. These values can be best demonstrated to others not only by using personal examples but communicating with colleagues and explaining the benefits.

A vision, which can also be reflected in the mission assertion, is the foundation of any successful culture. These straightforward expressions serve to direct a company’s ideals and offer it a concrete direction. Every choice that workers make is thus guided by that direction, which illustrates the relationship between culture and vision. Hence, no difference in importance can be defined between the two notions due to their positive correlation. I agree with Maxwell that the issue is vision versus culture, but how to integrate vision into the culture since the problems in implementation can arise due to the mental and social differences within the group.
