Marks & Spencer is one of the famous retailing businesses which is oriented on selling clothes, foods, and home goods in different parts of the world. The company follows legal regulations strictly and provides ethical and legal policies on its website (M&S). Marks & Spencer requires the users of their website to agree with the cookie policies and accept the conditions of the internet page. Every user can request additional information upon request to see the legality of the company’s performance.

Marks & Spencer constantly produces annual reports and provides updated reports regarding their achievements and risks that should be eliminated in the future. The main advantages of the business are the production of high-quality products and collaboration with famous designers. Moreover, Marks & Spencer is a multinational company that is expanding globally, and more markets are considering selling products of this brand (Mowla et al., 2017). However, due to inflation, sales started declining, and the company is struggling to follow the supply chain process (Mowla et al., 2017). Additionally, the number of small firms is increasing rapidly, and the level of competition is increasing, making it more complicated to stand out.

The business managers and workers are responsible for providing high-quality service and producing sustainable products for their customers. For instance, one of the key responsibilities described on the company’s official website is care for the environment and attention to climate change (M&S). Moreover, employees believe management waste should be prioritized, and more recycled items should be produced within five years (M&S). To achieve these goals, workers participate in conferences provided by organizations like WWF and reduce the consumption of glass-based materials to make the process of recycling easier.
