The graduates are always in the process of proceeding with educational life. Education does not take place in a fixed time. Education is a lifetime event that is always in progress. It is a part of life cycle. The end of one stage of education marks the beginning of another. For instance, the completion of the undergraduate degree calls for the begging of the master’s degree program.

The individuals, who already work, are still learning and gaining knowledge on their jobs. Education takes place in a variety of educational structures. Many programs have been founded in order to improve the educational system. The individual cannot fully participate in the society since the education system cannot be completed.

I agree with the fact that education is not a ball to be won. The leaders of the institutions are individuals who are taught. It is always accepted that sometimes they will give incorrect answers of not knowing some things they are asked. This is not neither a fault nor ignorance. People need to change their mind and accept the fact that the leaders in power and administrators still don’t know some things, and they are always supposed to learn some things. Education is not all about books. One can be learned but still be lacking some skills such as skating. It is worthy to know that the believe that one should not learn while in authority or learning in public since some people think it is degrading one’s dignity are not valid. It is high time for people to change their minds and accept the fact that change is something inevitable and continuous. People need to be delighted to seek for ways to acquire more knowledge and new skills. The educational administrators sometimes go through so many frustrations since they don’t clearly understand some of the things they do.

The metaphor raising a baby is the most appropriate to describe why the speaker thinks education need to be conceived or understood. This is because educational leadership involves informing and convincing people and persuading them to accept the change that is a subject of continuity. One informs the learners of things they don’t know by showing them the uncertain things that they need to know. When raising a baby, at the early age, he or she do not know most of the things. The baby cannot differentiate bad and good things. As a parent, one needs to teach the baby the same case the educational leader needs to teach the learners. People hence get to learn important things to do.

A baby cannot be brought up in a day. It is similar to educational leadership in the sense that, if so many decisions are made and implemented in a very short period, in the short-run, they are likely to result in failure. In educational leadership, reforms are not made and accomplished in the same moment. Reformation is a process that is just like raising the baby.

On a non-metaphoric note, the article describes educational leadership, properly understood, as a cybernetic system. She claims this because education fashions are constantly changing from time to time. Sometimes the education leadership becomes very simple while during other different times they are very hard. She meant that sometimes you will progress in leadership in some aspects but as time progress later, various aspects that are new to you will happen that you don’t know. The individual will need to learn them again. Going back like cybernetic oscillation will enable the educational leader to learn the education skills or any other relevant knowledge in order to proceed forward. Some of the issues that erupt needs to be dealt with during different times.

Many conversations that happen in the society that involve leadership skills, the leader has to use some skills he or she learned before while others will call for learning of new tactics. Some issues such as discipline will need to be often addressed as human being are bound to make mistakes. Anytime a mistake is made, and discipline issues need to be rain-forced. It is a fact that a human being will never be always correct. Institutions hence are always each and every day moving into a new context.

Raising a baby involves informing him or her to be delightful on what he or she is going through. In the education leadership the, the leader meets with new things not familiar. He or she needs to be delightful as he gets to learn on how to tackle them.

The author/speaker would apply term “Misplaced concreteness” to show how the education leaders needs to condemn the individuals in the society by acting in different uncertainties and complex issues to show them they don’t know some things. The leaders do this to make them desire to learn and adopt change.
