Health, according to Pender’s health promotion paradigm, is “a positive dynamic state, not only the absence of sickness.” (Khoshnood et al., 2020). The goal of health promotion is to improve a client’s overall well-being. It explains the multi-faceted nature of people as they interact with their surroundings in order to achieve health. The link between nursing conceptual models and middle range theories is crucial. Nursing conceptual modules depict relationships between concepts while exhibiting a pattern. They also enable the application of nursing concepts to nursing practice. On the other hand, middle range nursing theories are more focused on the implementation of interventions. In nursing, middle range theories provide more tangible linkages between great theories. Middle-range theories and conceptual models build on one other. In nursing, theories are critical because they lead to the establishment of concrete results that have been thoroughly tested for accuracy.

The Synergy Model is closely associated with Virginia Henderson’s great idea, which claims that giving tailored holistic care to patients is vital in a patient’s own healing process and establishing self-help concepts. Nurses that are more educated have better patient outcomes. Nurses become more aware of patients’ problems occurrences and develop treatment strategies for their benefit. Conceptual Models of Nursing and Middle-Range Nursing Theories have a significant relationship since Conceptual Models of Nursing are used to conceptualize and plan out similarly conjugated ideas (Ritchie and Leff, 2018).. Prior to implementation, it is the process’s thinking phase. Middle Range Nursing Theories are designed for nurses who are adopting interventions to improve input and outcomes. All of the questions in the Conceptual Nursing Model are related to the concept being examined. These questions aid in the direction and formulation of concepts that foster cohesion. During code blue and fast response situations at my workplace, the Synergy Model is used. Our emergency department frequently houses the critical care unit.
