Nevertheless, another perspective on the topic suggests that Sampang’s choice helped her protect her children and meet their basic needs. In this way, it is the fundamental duty of every parent to provide for the family’s financial needs and care for its members. However, Sampang shows that it is not worth it if all members feel unhappy and miss the most significant part of each other’s lives.

Altogether, Sampang’s essay revolves around the critical problem of leaving children to earn money and protect them. Although it might seem a wise solution, the author concludes that it is a way to miss most of the events happening in children’s lives and realize that money cannot guarantee happiness or a better understanding within a family. For this reason, it is crucial to stay close to loved ones and try to enjoy every moment of life together.
