Introduction

Participation in a job commonly demands well-structured social relationships, high-quality personal qualifications, and interest and involvement in the everyday basis of requirements and problems.
Objectives and Research Question
Discussing the objectives that can be achieved during the research of the topic Motivation of Public Sector Employees, it is obvious to mention the problem with the inability of organizations to motivate their workers and leads them to the achievements of the venture. One more argumentative point to note is the existence of common prejudices and stereotypes according to the activities and the working conditions of public sector jobs (Ullah et al., 2017). For example, bureaucratic requirements that such professionals as teachers, doctors, and many others face daily prevent them from prolonged and accurate communication with students and patients (Steijin & Voet, 2017). And the second target description is the people working in the public sector in case tp examine their current motivation at work. In the case of sampling techniques, the research is quantitative; that is why it is possible to make observations and figure out the statistical interventions from the database.
Time in the Research
Time is considered to be one of the most significant characteristics of research planning. Using the cross-sectional analysis method is preferable due to the impact and changes in people’s minds during the Covid. All these issues changed the various problems of the perceptions of the working conditions. The cross-sectional method conducts in a particular time step.
Tools and Methods of Data Collection
Any research demands the qualified and current information provided to solve the delivered questions and objectives. The quantitative methods suppose the questionnaires with clear and structured questions, which give the calculated information according to the issue. The questionnaires could be supplied face-to-face, online, by mail, by phone, and more.
Method of Analysis
The research includes the quantitative method approach; the quantitative analysis method contains such tools as average, percentage, frequency, range, regression, correlation, and variance analysis. According to the research topic, the preferable tools can be rate, and average frequency. The method of data analysis relies on the chosen approach of the research.
Conclusion
People’s opinions about working in the public sector differ a lot. For some people, these jobs appear to be challenging but prestigious with the job sequences of the authority and performance of the activities, which are directed to the public needs and demands. Others try to refrain from public sector works, terrified by the bureaucracy and even corruption. It is significant to figure out the motivation of both groups. The employees are interested in recognizing the system’s initial demands and requirements to fit in the work environment and be productive and effective (Van der Kolk et al., 2018). On the other hand, employers need tools and regulations to know how and with which questions the employees need help.
