The most important of the triple constraints for MTC is Scope. However, attention should also be paid to the software’s implementation deadlines. This may be important if the company urgently needs to reformat the entire process of hiring new employees. Resources include the budget and team members who are responsible for implementation and delivery (Westland, 2022). The scope of work in agile development is understood in a similar way: what software needs to be created and delivered. The scope is the work to be done, for example, developing functionality to deliver a workable product. However, in agile, the emphasis is on general requirements; detailed and carefully elaborated requirements are not relevant at the initial stages of the project. Since resources and deadlines are fixed, it is easier for development teams to respond to market changes and deliver value to customers faster.
It is possible to ensure that this aspect has been sufficiently covered for proper implementation by maintaining the main points of the project creation. A flexible system does not require the collection of requirements because if they change, then changes are thought through and implemented in response to them (Westland, 2022). The risks of project deadlines being disrupted are minimal, as there are all the necessary resources and feedback from participants. The corporate project management system is a set of methodology, information systems, and administrative tools for implementing organizational management processes. To ensure that the aspect was well addressed, it is correspondingly possible to split the cycle into four sectors — goal setting, risk assessment, development, and iteration. Moreover, the path is displayed in the form of a spiral, unwinding, and passing through the stages of product development. There are no strict requirements for terms and resources, but there is an assumption about the criticality of quality. Disadvantages — the risk of losing focus due to flexibility and high requirements for the qualifications of risk management specialists.
