The care for one’s health starts with the consideration of various habits, especially related to nutrition. This aspect of human life attracts the particular attention of scholars and raises concerns of the population since its interrelation with health status is apparent. Different food rules allow people to feel confident about their eating patterns, and they include regular consumption of fruit, scheduled meals, and refusal to eat animal products or drink soda. However, from my perspective, the preference for organic foods is the best solution.
The first reason why I consider this idea to be the key to staying healthy is the fact that they have more vitamins and minerals than non-organic goods. These substances are essential for the normal functioning of the human body, and their lack in the organism coupled with the latter’s additives might lead to the emergence of various diseases. It is difficult to trace the development of specific conditions as well as the impact of synthetic products on this process. Nevertheless, the thought of the possibility of their negative effect on my health makes me follow this rule daily.
The second and the third reasons for me to give preference to organic foods are their better taste and high production standards. The difference in gustatory qualities is the factor that is often neglected by people that do not care about selecting goods by their characteristics. In my case, it became evident only when I formed the present habits in food. As for the overall quality of organic products, it is explained by the fact that it comes from trusted sources that establish compliance with international regulations. In this way, my choice of organic foods as a principal rule in nutrition is conditional upon their benefit for health, their taste, and the production by well-known farms and food companies.
