One of the main topics of the podcast is the implementation of children’s learning through play. As part of this study, several parents have interviewed whose children attended a kindergarten with a new curriculum (Family and community engagement). All survey participants confirmed that they noticed a significant improvement in children’s communication, cognitive and speech skills. It is also essential that educators do not abuse their control over the game because if the children stop having fun, they will stop perceiving what is happening as a game (Colliver and Veraksa, 2019, p. 297). For the competent implementation of such training practices, specialists in child psychology and professional teachers were involved.
The podcast’s second important aspect is discussing different communication styles with children. This is important because the quality of communication directly affects the development of a sense of well-being (Kirinić, 2021, p. 185). All of these parenting techniques must be ethical and appropriate to the cultures of the different families. In addition, when developing a learning system, the personal characteristics of the child, such as temperament and personality, are also taken into account.
The third important aspect of the video was that the institution finds an individual approach to children with different customs in families. No one should be limited in how he is used to behaving in the family circle if such behavior does not go beyond decent. Let the child interact with society in his own way because a person is a social being and develops faster in society (Khojanazarova, 2022, p. 5). Depending on the needs of each child, the model of behavior with him also changes. This is a correct approach in modern education that will help shape the personality.
