Introduction
Modern nursing also requires nurses to independently observe, assess the needs of the patient, and make a decision, with all conscious responsibility, to help those in need of their satisfaction. Applying standards and protocols for nurses’ activities, unifying accounting and reporting documentation on working with patients, applying uniform approaches to performing manipulations, and preparing for research will significantly improve the quality of medical care.
Discussion
Therefore, here, nurses have one of the leading roles in medicine. Thus, strict adherence by nurses to the standards of medical care ensures the high efficiency of their activities and affects the quality of medical services provided in the medical institution as a whole (Herron, 2018). I believe that to better prepare nursing graduates for their future roles as nurse practitioners, it is necessary to introduce more practice into training. Therefore, it is necessary to test theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
The first level of the hierarchical order of Bloom’s taxonomy begins with memorizing and reproducing the information received. The nurse learns the basic terms, specific facts, and rules and can repeat them. At the first level, a general idea of the subject is formed. For example, training may be to list the algorithm of actions in first aid. In the second stage, there is understanding and awareness. The main indicator of mastering this stage is the ability to present the material in your own words (Troussas et al., 2018). The goal of the third stage is to learn how to use the acquired knowledge in specific situations.
At the fourth level, the nurse’s goal is to understand the structure of the material and be able to divide it into related parts. The nurse sees the principle of data construction and can find logical errors.
Conclusion
At the highest level, the nurse evaluates statements using criteria that she can formulate herself. For example, choose a nursing course, “Human Anatomy and Physiology”. The plan’s main goal will be to master the theoretical aspects of human anatomy and the ability to determine the location of all organs.
